A Cheesy Custard Cake
Ingredients:
1. 10-12 digestive biscuits, should cover the bottom of the cake tin completely.
2. 4 heaped tablespoon of butter.
3. 500 ml Full Fat Milk.
4. 2 Sachets of Creme Caramel.
5. 6 Cheese Cubes or triangles, (kraft, puck, almarai)
6. 1 Tsp of Vanilla essence.
7. A cheesecake tin.
Method:
Step 1: Grind the Biscuits in the processor then add in the butter and buzz again.
Step 2: Place the Biscuits mixer in the cake tin as the bottom layer.
Step 3: Boil the milk, almost, and add in the sachets of creme caramel and make the custard by stirring constantly.
Step 4: In the processor add in the cheese cubes, vanilla essence and then pour in the custard mixture and blend, till the cheese melts in completely and all the ingredients have been incorporated.
Step 5: Pour on the Biscuit layer and refrigerate for a good 4-6 hours or when set and cold.
Step 6: Before serving, top it up with vanilla whipped cream. Enjoy!!!!!!!
