Voice and loyalty, both are constructive attitude of any individual in an organization. Both of these directly indicate the satisfaction of dissatisfaction of oneself.

Whereas Exit, Resignation is also more a behavior to show the belief and dissatisfaction but that is not good for Mr. Usman, or negligence is also not good. This attitude may show himself as a extra or irresponsible employee.

Voice recognize Mr. Usman as a good speaker having constructive thinking to meet the organizational objectives, improve current situations which leads to higher turnover.
